If the driver cancels the ride, you will get a full refund along with the service fees.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the ride, you get 50% refund minus the service fee. If you cancel before 24 hours of your ride, get full refund minus service fee.

Although drivers are committed to the rides, in case a driver does not show up at the time of trip, the passenger will get a full refund along with the service fee if they report the issue to the admin. They can do so by filling out the form on the contact us page. We will get back to you in less than 1 business day regarding your request for refund. For Driver, the issue will be reviewed, and the account may be suspended by our team.

If the passenger is late for longer than 10 minutes or if they don’t show up for the ride, the driver will receive 100% of the payment from the passenger since it will be considered as last minute cancellation.

After successfully completing the ride, the driver will get paid within 3-5 business days after we send it.

The trip compensation will be directly sent to the driver’s bank account.

As per provincial law, carpooling is allowed if driver and passenger have same origin and destination, driver does no more than one round trip a day, driver receives contribution towards their cost and does not profit from it and sitting capacity is less than 10 passengers.

Carpooling is non-taxable. If you are following the provincial laws and not providing the ride for profit, it is non-taxable. If your ride is covered by business expenses, you might be taxable and therefore, please consult with your CA.

The driver payout fee of X% is applied to bank account payments for each passenger booking. The additional payout fee is to cover the cost of maintenance of Llanes.
